An Early Streamer Emission terminal releases an upward leader earlier than a plain rod, so a single terminal can protect a wider area. That usually means fewer terminals and less down conductor on a large roof.
Supplied per project requirement.
Used in: factories, warehouses, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects.

Where it fits
The ESE terminal is the highest point of the lightning protection system. It is mounted on a mast above the roof and catches the strike, which then runs down the down conductor to the earth pit. One ESE terminal can cover a wider area than a plain rod.
